I can't believe we're already to the end of school for most of you! Don't forget, that means we'll be switching to morning practice on Thursday! We'll all take Wednesday off, and we know some of you guys in private schools and other school districts may not make morning practice for a while, so we'll see you as soon as you can make it. Here's a quick overview of the week (details can be found on the practice schedule page): 

The first meet is next week (the day after Memorial Day), so we have lots planned for this week. We will be doing time trials during practice, so if you are attending year-round practices instead of ours, please send over their current times so we can get them seeded properly (even if it's a different yardage than what summer league swims). The coaches will be doing lineups during practice on Friday, so please make sure to declare your availability for the meet by Thursday. You can choose your volunteer slots at the same time! (Minimum of 4 per family) I have the entire season open for responses already. Stop by and see me during practice if you need help figuring out the technology. 

The West Division has decided to do our meet themes as a group this year! Our first meet will be an Under the Sea theme with competitions every week for which bullpen has the best decorations! You can see the full lineup of themes on the front page of the website!

Every year we ask that swimmers donate drinks for the concessions stand at our home meets. Below is a breakout of donations for each age group. You can drop these off at the clubhouse next time you're at practice. Please run them upstairs just inside the door if you're able. Our first home meet is Tuesday, May 26, so we need to have them by Memorial Day at the latest in case we need to purchase any extras. 

• 6 & under - 12 pack of Coke
• 7/8 - 12 pack of Sprite or Pibb
• 9/10 - 12 pack of Coke
• 11/12 - 6 pack (or more) of 20 oz. Gatorade (any flavor)
• 13/18 - 6 pack (or more) of 20 oz. Gatorade (any flavor)
