Can you believe the banquet is just around the corner? We have lot of kids in the county meet this weekend, then one more home meet on Tuesday and it will be time to celebrate!!

The banquet starts at 6:00 next Wednesday evening, but we would dearly love a few hands to help set up tables before hand, organize the food, and a few to put things away as we wrap up the night. Please RSVP on the meet signup page so we know how much food to buy, and you can also sign up for a spot to volunteer while you're there!

We're serving barbecue pork and chicken sandwiches along with any leftover burgers and hot dogs, and we are asking you guys to provide the extras. Please bring disposable dishes and serving spoons if possible so we have less to clean up and return! We have had tons of dishes left behind over the years! 

Your assignments are by last name: 

• A-L: Dessert (pre-cut or individual portions)
• M-Z: sides (individual bags of chips, mac/cheese, baked beans, cole slaw, etc)

If your contribution is a refrigerated item, please add ice underneath so it stays fresh! Pro-tip: you can freeze water in a disposable pan to make the perfect freezer pack to fit under your food!

Parents, it's your turn to swim! You can sign up for parent relays on the meet signup page! Lots of fun and games for all ages, trophies, gifts, and other awards for our swimmers and even some of our parents and coaches.

We'll wrap up with a video featuring all of our seahorses as soon as the sun goes down.

Don't forget if you'd like to contribute towards coach gifts, you can drop that at the snack bar during practice, the volunteer table at the meet, or send it by venmo directly to me (@kate-bullard-1).
