Happy meet day! I'm attaching your heat sheet, athlete event list, and volunteer list. Just a quick reminder to have your swimmers marked with their events before they arrive. Parents, let's work to keep the bullpen clear of extra adults who are not signed up to work in the bullpens. Too many extras are making it harder for the bullpen parents to get the job done. Thanks!

The Address is:1400 Marietta Country Club Dr NW, Kennesaw, GA 30152. Please arrive at 4:45.

Parking: 

• Parents are welcome to drop off swimmers in the portico area, but parking is not far from the pool.
• Some parking is available in the same lot as the pool/tennis.
• Parking is MOSTLY available just across the main drive in the large lot (when facing the large clubhouse, the main parking lot is on the right)

Concessions:

• Dinner concessions will be served from 5:30-8:30 p.m. (Typically wraps, hot dogs, chicken fingers, chips, drinks)
• Snack bar (ice cream, drinks, chips) will be served until the end of the swim meet
• $ Payment options: Credit cards only (NO CASH, NO Venmo)

Visiting Team Volunteer Check In: A table will be set aside for you near the front gate when checking in your volunteers.

Home Team Spectating: Home team spectating will be the left side of the pool that runs from the 5 ft to the 10 ft.

Visiting Team Spectating: Visiting team will be set up near the shallow end of the pool and to the right of the Rose Pavilion.

Rose Pavilion:The Rose Pavilion (covered dining area) will be reserved for the data and scoring tables. Please do not enter this are unless you have an assigned data entry volunteer position.
