The long awaited day is here...I have the signups for the meets ready to go! If you have a favorite job, you'll want to go in and sign up for the whole season right away before someone gets your favorite! If you'd rather us assign a job for you, we're happy to plug you in where we need you. It's so much more fun, though, when you find the spot to volunteer that really sings to you! The most important signup is for your swimmer. Coaches will choose your swimmers' races, but we need to make sure that no one who is on vacation gets put in a meet, so please go ahead and mark their availability for the rest of the meets if you already know it. For this coming meet, we need to know by Thursday night so the coaches can get their lineups ready to go on Friday. If your swimmer gets sick just before a meet that you've told us they are attending, please let us know as soon as possible so we can get the meet lineup swapped around.

To sign up, you'll want to go to our website and answer for each meet for yourself and your swimmer. You can also access the signups through the Swimtopia app.
