Hi, guys! I hope you have had a wonderful rest of your summer holidays and are getting settled into the new school year!

We have a few trophies/gifts and ribbons to be picked up. If you were not able to get yours at the banquet (or have a friend pick up for you), Coach Sandy and I will be at the clubhouse on Saturday, August 19 from 10:00 am to noon.

All of our young swimmers made amazing progress this year! We were so excited to see how far they've come this season! Our youngest swimmers are prone to losing the most over the winter, so we wanted to remind you about the requirements for next year:

• 7-8 years old - swim freestyle and backstroke for a full length of the pool
• 9-10 years old - swim at least three of the strokes for a full length of the pool
• 11 & up - swim all of the strokes down and back (50 yards)

If you’d like to get lessons over the off season, West Cobb and Central Aquatic Centers are great places to start!
