Top question of the day: Yes, we are swimming tonight! Come to the meet regardless of the weather or weather forecast. Only the official can call off the meet. We will swim if it rains but will delay if there is lightning nearby. Please make sure you have enabled notifications for the SwimTopia app (and log in!) so you can be the first to know what's up! If we do have a delay, DO NOT LEAVE! Many times we are able to restart the meet!

Please arrive at 4:45 and head for your bullpens with events already marked.

Location: The address is 655 Crescent Ridge Trail, Mableton, 30126. They will have parking near the pool blocked off. You guys can park in the pool parking lot, the tennis parking lot or along the street. We just ask that street parking be restricted to one side of the road and not blocking any driveways. They will have an off-duty police officer assisting with traffic. They are asking that both of our teams please try to carpool if possible.

Physical Set Up: Please see the attached diagram for set up. There will be STANDING ROOM ONLY on the pool deck. All spectators with lawn chairs are invited to sit on the grassy area between the large clubhouse/pool and the upper tennis courts. Families are invited to walk onto the pool deck to watch and cheer on their swimmers in a standing room only mode. We enforce the No Alcohol rule. If anyone is pregnant, disabled or elderly, they have permission to sit inside the gate or on the upper clubhouse viewing area. These folks can see the Vinings Estates Meet Coordinator and she will direct them. Our bullpens may be set up between the baby pool and the large slide. We have the entire area around the baby pool to include volunteer check in, coaches greeting swimmers, etc. 

SwimTopia/WiFi/Scorers Our scoring team can set up shop inside our lower Clubhouse level, accessible off the pool deck. They have enabled the LIVE function on the SwimTopia Mobile App so that everyone can watch to see what event and heat we are on, since we are physically so spread out. There is a large digital event board facing the pool deck, as well as an old fashioned flip event board that will be facing the grassy area. If folks cannot see either of these or hear the announcer, they may also reference the SwimTopia App to track the pace of the meet.
