Meet #2 Information
June 7th
Our meet this afternoon is at Heritage Oaks. Please arrive by 4:45. I'm attaching the Athlete Event List, Heat Sheet, and Volunteer List, and meet information from the home team is listed below. Please double check the volunteer list as we had to make a few additions/changes.
Please don't forget to arrive at the meet with your events already marked on the swimmers and first names written on their shoulder blades.
If we have any weather delays, do not leave the neighborhood! We'll send updates through the SwimTopia app - please make sure that you have downloaded the app and logged in before you arrive so that you'll be up to date! Notifications should also be enabled!
Location: The address is 118 Helmswood Circle, Marietta, GA 30064. No parking is available in the parking lot. Helmswood Circle will be a one-way street for the night, and they ask that street parking be restricted to one side of the road and not blocking any driveways.
Physical Set Up:
Please see the attached diagram for set up. The visiting team can sit around the horseshoe side of the pool and bullpens can be set up around the baby pool. There will be home team viewing along the ref side of the pool.
Concessions: Concessions will be offering Zaxby's, Jet's Pizza and hot dogs along with chips, candy and drinks. Cash or credit card are accepted.
